We’ve been asked to create some basic/beginner workouts for our youth! We’ve listened! Today we are dropping our “The Basics” Series! Footwork and ball handling for our recommended K-2nd grade player. While we recommend for our K-2nd graders, these drills are great for all ages and skill levels to really focus on the basic fundamentals of a lot of our drills! We’ll be dropping a Middle School Workout Next Week.
